Epoxy clear coating, in a spray can, should be used for sealing cut ends of FRP grating panels and other components. This is recommended to prevent corrosive chemicals from reaching and attacking glass fibers exposed during field cutting and drilling, thus extending the life of the product. Clear bond kits are also available for bonding clean, sanded surfaces together. (1/2 pint sealing kits are still available)
